Terms of Service

Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password and API keys secret. You're responsible for activity on your account and keys.
• Tell us right away at support@inferaweb.com if you think a key or your account has been compromised, and delete the key from your account page.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan includes the monthly allowances shown on the pricing page. Limits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
• Pro is billed monthly in advance. Usage past Pro's allowance is billed in arrears at the pay-as-you-go rates.
• Pay as you go has no monthly fee. Usage is billed monthly in arrears at the published rates.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for your plan and usage.
• You can cancel any time from Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Usage already made is still billed. Fees aren't refunded except where the law requires.
• We may change prices or allowances with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Fair use

Don't use InferaWeb to:

• break the law, or infringe others' rights, including copyright and privacy;
• attack, overload or get around the security of InferaWeb or any website, including scraping sites in ways that harm them;
• collect personal data about people without a lawful basis;
• resell raw access to the API as a competing service, or share keys to get around plan limits.

We may rate-limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules or put the service at risk.

Web content

Search results and page text come from third-party websites. We don't own or check that content, and it may be wrong, out of date or protected by its owners' rights. You're responsible for how you use it.

The service

• We work hard to keep InferaWeb fast and available, but it's provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
• We may change, add or remove features. We'll give notice of significant changes to paid features.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending

You can stop using InferaWeb and ask us to delete your account at any time. If we close a paid account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we'll refund any unused prepaid fees.
